Referral Credit Terms & Conditions

To show my appreciation for referring an Agent to Evergreen Transaction Management LLC, I am pleased to offer a $75 referral credit for every new client you refer who successfully closes a transaction with my services. Please note the following guidelines:

Credit Value: A credit of $75.00 will be applied toward your next active contract for every referred transaction that reaches a successful close.
Unlimited Referrals: There is no cap on the number of referral credits you can earn. You are encouraged to refer as many colleagues as you wish.
Redemption: Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. They are applied strictly as a discount on future transaction coordination fees.
Eligibility: The referral credit is "earned" only once the referred party’s transaction has officially closed and all applicable TC fees have been settled.
An email will be sent once once the referred agent closes a transaction. Just check Referral Discount when submitting your next file and the discount will be applied!
You must submit a referral form to get the referral discount!
