Jennifer is the owner of Evergreen Transaction Management LLC and knows what it’s like to be in the trenches of real estate! With a background as a licensed real estate agent and Productivity Coach at a large brokerage, she has experience helping agents scale their businesses by mastering the “behind-the-scenes” details.
She has personally closed and managed over 220+ transactions throughout Tennessee & Kentucky where she developed a strong foundation with contracts. Jennifer treats your files with award-winning care, allowing you to stay focused on what you do best: selling!
Jennifer’s goal is to leverage her real estate background and transactional expertise to give you your time back, ensuring every file is compliant, every deadline is met, and every client receives a “top-performer” experience.
Beyond real estate, Jennifer is usually found traveling, tending to her garden, or making lasting memories with her family. Originally a Floridian, she planted roots in Tennessee after her husband’s final Army assignment.
