Q: Are you Licensed Real Estate Agents?

A: Our Owner and Transaction Manager is a licensed REALTOR® in both Tennessee and
Kentucky, bringing a high level of expertise to every file. Our mission is simple: delivering
seamless, compliant closings through rigorous attention to detail and a commitment to
measurable value for every client.

A: Yes. Evergreen Transaction Management LLC maintains a comprehensive Professional Liability
(Errors & Omissions) insurance policy. This coverage extends to every transaction our team
manages, ensuring that both you and your clients are protected. We treat your compliance and
security with the same level of seriousness that you do.

A: Hiring a Transaction Coordinator is about reclaiming a real estate professional’s most
valuable asset: time. When an agent spends 15 to 20 hours managing administrative
paperwork per contract, they are inadvertently sacrificing their lead generation. By
outsourcing these tasks, you break the “feast or famine” cycle where prospecting stops
the moment a deal goes under contract. This shift allows you to stay focused on business
building tasks—like negotiating and relationship building—ensuring your pipeline stays
full while your current deals move seamlessly toward closing.

A: We’ve streamlined our onboarding process so you can get back to what you do best!

Step 1: If you’re a new partner, please schedule a Discovery Call via our booking link, phone, or
email. We’ll discuss your specific needs and walk you through our Agent Onboarding Form to
ensure a smooth setup.

Step 2: Once you’re onboarded, simply use the Submit a Contract to Close or Submit a Listing
form whenever you have a new contract.

All forms are available in the FORMS tab in the main menu or directly on our
homepage.

A. Your transaction coordinator can draft amendments for you. On a typical transaction, we will
draft amendments changing the closing date, concessions, or the purchase price to name a few.

A: Scheduling your discovery call is simple. Click here to select a date and time that fits your
schedule. Once confirmed, you will receive a calendar invitation and video meeting link via
email.

A: We currently specialize in the Tennessee and Kentucky markets, where we have deep-rooted
expertise in local contracts and compliance. However, our transaction management systems
are built to seamlessly integrate with any state’s specific requirements. We’d love to discuss
how we can support your business in your specific state!

A: If a Contract to Close file is terminated, a courtesy notice is sent to the title company and the
lender. No fees are collected for the file.

A: Stay informed with 24/7 access to your Agent Portal. This centralized hub houses all contract
documents, communications, and reminders in one secure place. To keep you on track, you will
also receive a weekly transaction summary delivered straight to your inbox.
